I'm starting on a series of night scenes.  So far I'm really enjoying the change in color and mood, I think this is going to be a great exercise.

Church Near Ravenna - 6x6

Busy day yesterday,  I managed to melt a teapot and crack the stove all before 10 am.  I didn't even know I could break the stove.  It's ok, now I'll have the fun adventure of attaching a new stove top.  Luckily I live with an engineer, so I feel like we should be able to figure this out :)

Eureka South Dakota - Landscape Oil Painting - 8x16

I've been meaning to paint this for a long time, over a year! And I really enjoyed the different subject matter, it was especially fun to paint that large blue sky.
